You’ll be:

• Highly organised and brilliant attention to detail
• Be an excellent people manager – soft skills are very important to them
• Good time management skills and ability to work across multiple accounts simultaneously
• Ability to oversee client activity, including managing multiple team members
• Effective client counsel and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to manage team resourcing and flag any issues in advance
• Ability to manage senior client liaison

The role will see you straddle a portfolio of household names from the worlds of FMCG, retail, travel, lifestyle and sport – there really is something for everyone and every interest.

The role would report into an Associate Director or Director depending on the team and manage a sizeable team. Having some great soft skills is something they are particularly looking for having recognised that swift growth can leave people behind, so they want to ensure that this person can be a supportive guide and an inspiration to the next generation of talent. No man or women is left behind!

Day to day you’ll be planning and managing important relationships, trouble shooting, managing client shoots, events and campaigns, liaising with the creative teams, managing budgets and finance, making sure your team is delivering on media relations , supporting on influencer and talent campaigns, integrating social with everything and of course, helping out with new business.

This is quite a visible role, so you’ll be ambitious and want to ‘be seen’. You’ll have strong ideas about how the agency can improve, where it can develop and grow and be keen to contribute in any way you can.
