2022 Salary Survey

Salaries have risen since the return to work by approximately 10 per cent and the market is currently highly competitive and extremely tight.  Offering a progressive culture combined with an attractive reward package is key to securing talent and maintaining a turnover low.   Key benefits are hybrid and flexible working, higher than average holiday allowance and a competitive contributory pension.  The larger the company, the more comprehensive the benefits package should be.
