The role will work on a flagship client in the retail space. It’s a huge account with over 20 team members and as well as its main retainer there are also plenty of exciting projects to get involved with throughout the year. It is super fast moving, as are all retail accounts, so you’ll enjoy working on creative campaigns that have quick turnarounds and seeing the fruits of your labour the very next day!

Skill set wise, I am looking for someone who enjoys working with a large team – a genuine collaborator and a good team leader because you’ll have at least x5 direct reports while you report into a Senior Associate. You will still have good media relations insight; this is not a job for someone who has morphed into an operational PR but someone who still enjoys being at the coal face and making things happen. You’ll also have worked with creatives and planners before (there’s quite a few of them).

The agency pays very well indeed, much above market rates having recently completed both a salary benchmarking survey and an employee survey (which came out very favourably and I’d be happy to share insight from that to any candidates I speak with) showing that they are attempting to cultivate the best possible working environment for their staff.
