The Agency

Launched in 2018, this brilliant truly integrated agency is already over 40-strong and continues to grow.

They are now looking to hire TWO new Account Managers into the Communications Team. The great thing about being part of this agency is that ALL clients are on 100% integrated remits and the work in the comms team is a mix of big brand campaigns, sponsorship activations, partnerships, collabs and of course publicity.

The amazing leadership team has worked with some of the world’s largest brands – and their promise to clients is delivering big brand creativity with a disrupter brand personality.

The team is an eclectic mix of talent consisting of creative strategists, publicists, graphic designers, digital marketers, social media experts, influencer talent and client partners.  The agency collaborates across all clients – but specialities breakdown into: Communications, Design & Studio, Production, Social Media & Influencer and Creative.

The New Roles

Having secured several new wins across sport, lifestyle and travel they are looking to bolster the team with a few significant hires who will work alongside the senior management team to deliver best in practice communications.

To succeed, you will need to be both hands-on and proactive, extremely nimble, organised and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple client work streams concurrently. Day to day you will:

  • Work closely with writers and publicity team to develop stories, long form copy and releases that fly in the media
  • Support in planning the media strategy and delivering on output – on time and in budget
  • Be the day to day contact for client’s media or account management enquiries
  • Provide commentators and product or company information to the media
  • Build relationships with existing and new clients
  • Build relationships with key media contacts
  • Liaise with clients regarding press campaigns and creative projects
  • Analyse PR coverage and providing written reports
  • Support in creative brainstorms
  • Support with new business and pitching to prospective clients

Ideally you will currently be working agency side and have amassed a range of skills allowing you to hit the ground running. You are ambitious and curious by nature and want to work for a company that shares your values.
