This is an Account Management position in the Digital team, client facing while also getting involved in the development and execution of campaigns. This is a newly created position due to growth and is essentially a social media specialist who can manage the clients, campaigns and junior team members.
The digital team consists of social specialists, paid and media managers, community managers and a design and production team and day to day the team produces content, sets up and attend shoots and works with talent delivering integrated campaigns for a host of clients.
The ideal candidate is a passionate expert with Meta / TikTok experience who can lead the creation of organic social content strategies, from development of briefs to managing content creation process with the design team and in collaboration with the Digital SAD / AD.
- A least four years working in digital communications / social media / account handing from an agency environment
- Experience of developing and implementing results driven social and influencer campaigns
- Experience of working with colleagues or external partners within other disciplines
- Strong client comms skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Interested in junior team members and their personal and professional progression
- Indepth knowledge of content nuances of primary social channels: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Discord, Reddit and Threads!
