Social Media Manager – £35k – hybrid – London

This wonderful integrated comms and creative agency, is looking for a creatively hungry Social Media Manager to join their team – someone that lives and breathes social media, prides themselves on being at the frontline of trends, has an eye for detail and knows what good looks like.

You may currently be a Community Manager or a Social Executive and are looking for the opportunity to have your skill set recognised and rewarded and an opportunity to show what you can do. This is it!

As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be the creator of content, the finder of trends and the analyser of data. You’ll work closely with the Social and Digital Director and agency Co-Founders to bring social strategies to life.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring clients are happy, content is performing and the culture is enjoyable.

You’ll work across:

• Client service, developing strong relationships and becoming the point person for social queries
• Developing and managing content calendars and creation across all social channels.
• Contribute to the development of content briefs
• Producing high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) using platforms such as Capcut and being on camera
• Contribute to creating high-performing social ideas
• Oversee influencer/talent liaison to develop strong ongoing partnerships
• Stay ahead of the game with trends, algorithm updates & audience insights
• Implement and monitor paid social activity across Meta and TikTok

Your experience:

• Around 2-3 years experience is a social role
• Experience of working with consumer brands
• Ability to film and edit short form content
• Experience of identifying, booking and working with inflluencers
