Are you an Associate Director or Director who wants to gain flexibility but retain a challenging and rewarding senior position within a well respected agency? I am working with a brilliant international agency; winners of several global creative awards this year; well respected for their evidenced based approach to work and who are looking for a new Practice Director to join their brand comms team.
As Practice Director your role will be to client service one of their most important clients, reporting into the CSD. Working with a team that is mixed across the agency from corporate to healthcare, consumer to digital, you will co-ordinate workflow and ensure that creative is spot on (working closely with internal planning and creative teams) producing ground breaking campaigns that have business goals at their heart.
This role would suit someone who is keen to take on a senior role with responsibility but without the ball and chain of a P&L – instead there is a central P&L operated across the London office where all teams work collaboratively – and as well as not being shackled by the boundaries of finance accountability, you’ll also be free from the continuous dredge of new business pitches!
