This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned consumer specialist to take on a new role in a large, international group which houses several successful agencies in the sports, entertainment and consumer space.
If you have been itching to start up your own agency, or build your own team, but need financial security, resources and support, then this could be an exciting middle-ground option.
The position will sit within one of the agencies in the group, largely known at this point for the sports and entertainment sectors. They currently work with sports brands, athletes/talent, fashion and FMCG brands activating within sport and/or entertainment, associations and much more. After joining the international group several years ago, they have been afforded the chance to take up mainstream consumer work for many of the existing clients from across the group and across the globe and this is now where you come in!
From day one you will have a team of three to support you – AD, AM and an AE – existing team members who have expertise in consumer PR and who are keen to move into that space more so. You’ll report into the founders and have all the support and resources you need to build a healthy P&L. Importantly, the founders know from their own experience just how long it can take to build something successful so the key here is support not pressure.

Ideally, you will have:
- A minimum of 10 years experience in PR
- Experience in consumer FMCG brands
- Plenty of demonstrable new business experience
- Are used to working in a medium-sized agency where you have to be agile and innovative
- Bags of tenacity
- A decent understanding of sport so you can at least join in office conversations which invariably are about football.
