Well respected integrated agency that has been making brands culturally relevant for over 25 years has an exciting opportunity for a Director to lead a talented team and head up a selection of iconic brands.
Built on solid values that haven’t changed in two decades such as ‘being honest’, ‘working together’ and ‘keep exploring’; they are able to offer employees a chance to really break out of silos and work holistically. 250-strong, they offer their clients every media discipline which means you get to collaborate with like-minded individuals across the agency to build campaigns that have major impact and win awards.
As a Director you’ll be part of the senior management team, supporting the MD and CEO in delivering the agency mission, growing business and winning new clients. You’ll manage a P&L of roughly £2m and work with your peer Directors to continue to grow the 60-strong comms team continuing the good work and brilliant reputation the agency has established for itself.
The current client list has brands from a variety of sectors but they all approach this agency for the same reason; to achieve status and awareness among discrete audiences, often the younger sectors, through collaborations within music, fashion, entertainment and lifestyle. The scale and scope of work is huge – the budgets are super healthy and campaigns are usually multi platform…. there is no basic press office here although the agency has always been proud of it’s PR foundations and continues to place earned media at its heart.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have around 10 years experience in consumer brands PR
- Have experience working with culturally minded brands to reach younger audiences
- Have their finger on the pulse of popular culture and new trends
- Have experience of delivering multi-faceted campaigns
- Have experience of P&L management (or similar)
