The PR team compliments the skills and expertise the agency has to offer on all fronts – this is NOT an add-on division or a last-minute thought. The work over the past couple of years demonstrates best practice integration from brief inception to execution.
The current team head is going on maternity leave at the end of May and needs a hand-over period, hence this role will start at the beginning of May.
I’m looking for a solid Associate Director or more senior with an impressive background in consumer PR able to demonstrate experience of working on integrated briefs where daily comms with creatives, planners, researchers, production and designers is within your comfort zone.
I’m also looking for someone who thrives on new business. There has been plenty of opportunities to pitch as a whole agency and this will continue. You will need to have your A-game present to impress your colleagues and stakeholders in the business to help them with BIG integrated briefs.
- minimum of 10 years of agency experience in consumer PR
- impressive integrated exposure – with a strong track record of content-first campaigns
- ability to manage a team, pastorally
- to be happy to pitch A LOT with peers across the agency
- relationship builder – know when to use soft skills and when to go in hard
