At the crossroads of digital, data and communications comes a new agency that’s only been going for two years yet is already 110 people strong and is about to launch a US office…determined, ambitious, creative and strategic, it’s certainly impressive growth and they are looking for another senior player to be part of the journey.
Working between their London office and a location of your choosing, this opportunity will see you collaborating with their various sites (there are 4 in total) to lead on large client projects and retainers as well as provide insightful, approachable, motivational team leadership. You’ll work into a Director and between you will be charged with the continual growth both from a client and from a people perspective of the London operation.
The agency is offering this Associate Director the opportunity to join something that although is already quite sizeable, is going to grow further and quickly. The unique place that they have created for themselves in terms of the way they approach work and their different approach to delivery is producing outstanding results for clients and as such they are being recommended left, right and centre. Finding new business opportunities is currently not a problem they have, servicing the amount of work coming in, is however, and so this is one of several roles currently being hired.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with the senior leadership and continue to shape the culture of the agency. Clients tend to be in fashion, retail, personal finance and lifestyle and leisure, all of which are household names. And you’ll be working across both UK and US briefs.
I’m looking for a strong, consumer PR operator with digital sensibilities who understands the important role data plays in comms but who fundamentally has excellent client servicing skills, understands the ever-changing face of the media landscape and who is genuinely passionate about mentoring younger talent.
